Petit Capoulun is a delightful Quercy stone house, situated in a secluded position at the end of a lane and enjoys open countryside views as there is only one other house in sight
Originally a farmhouse, Petit Capoulun has been lovingly renovated and modernised, and is now well furnished family accommodation.
It is on the edge of the major part of the Cahors AOC wine producing area,. and very close to the internationally known winery of Vin du Tsar where guests can taste and buy good wine at very reasonable prices, this being but one place where wines can be tasted and purchased locally.
The impressive hilltop town of Tournon d'Agenais is just 4kms and has a range of local shops, restaurants, and a little further away is the crossroads town of Montaigu de Quercy with most tourist facilities plus a leisure lake.
The nearest main towns are Fumel, (12km) Villeneuve-sur-Lot (18km)& Cahors or Agen (both 40km away).
Accommodation: The front stone staircase enters into the sitting room that has a central fireplace, TV and a corner bar with additional fridge and a small sink. On this floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom that has a bath with shower over and basin. Separate wc.
On the lower floor there is a large Dining room with French doors to the rear terrace.
The Kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
There are two double Bedrooms on this floor, one of which has an additional double convertible sofa.
There is also a shower-room with wc and basin. The washing machine is in the shower-room.
The pool is situated in full sunshine, is fully tiled with lots of leisure furniture . Also within the fenced pool enclosure there is also a splendid summer kitchen based around an old building including gas hob, fridge and sink.
There is a large open garden amounting to around 1.5ha, and within that are several child friendly features.
