Summary: Surprised we were given a room with a disabled bathroom but glad we didn't have stairs to climb as we are OAPs. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Disappointed with breakfast. We opted for continental breakfast. Regardless of arriving just after 8.30am, there was little choice and quantity available. We noticed other guests who were waiting for hot food had already taken large quantities of the continental choices, to be consumed as a second course. Regardless of being entitled to all the food on offer, it seemed rather greedy to deprive other guests. Maybe more food should be provided. The coffee and milk flasks were difficult to use. Had to ask for help from another guest as no staff around. Toaster was ineffective as toast was hardly brown. Very disappointed and left the table hungry.
