Positive: The location was excellent — right in the heart of Chelsea and very close to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The studio was clean, practical, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process.

Negative: The room could benefit from a little modern refresh, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak at times, but overall it didn’t affect my stay.

Summary: A convenient and comfortable stay in one of London’s best locations.
