Stylish, modern luxury apartment in central Hitchin, with parking. One large king-sized bedroom, one spacious twin room, and a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Views over the rooftops of Hitchin town centre and St Mary's Church. With brand new furniture and equipment, including a 49" Smart TV, this property has been set up specifically for short term rental. Perfectly located for bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping, the block also benefits from a convenient lift.

The apartment has been set up especially for guests who may be in the area for work reasons, or who are visiting family nearby. There is a large king-sized master bedroom with an ensuite, and a spacious twin bedroom with two full-sized single beds. Both bedrooms have a double wardrobe, along with a dressing table and mirror. The beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for relaxing in. There are two luxurious, modern bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower screen, and the ensuite that adjoins the master bedroom has a huge shower. There is secure, gated parking on site, and direct access onto Brand Street from the apartment block. There is a key fob system to allow entry to the block, so it feels very private and safe.
