Summary: The rooms are pleasant and big enough / very comfortable. The shower provided plenty of hot water and at a decent power. The rooms are situated over the pub, but this closed / last orders around 22:30 and I didn't experience any noise from the room. Check was only available until 22:00. The restaurant on site has amazing food (cooked fresh) for both Dinner and Breakfast. The restaurant in the evening was very busy for a Tuesday night - Service was quick, efficient, friendly. Breakfast was good and made fresh based on orders.

Summary: We can fault the efforts and helpfulness of the staff. It was clean and food was delicious. We stayed and due to the hot weather the room was 3 flights up ,one window, compact and very humid. A fan was provided after asking. I found the bed hard and pillows basic .Not a great nights sleep. The way to the rooms was from the carpark and up 2 steep flights of concrete steps, onto a flat roof with all the kitchin extractor units. Not a great impression but again they tried with some tubs of flowers. The road in was industrial, tarmac co, gas cylinder etc. And the view pictured on the advert was lets say.... selected. Saying that , the walk from the accommodation into Littlehampton was pleasent and only took 5-10 mins. In summary, we wouldn't stay overnight again but definitely eat there if we were in the area again. Staff did everything they could and were great.

Summary: A good stay at a clean and pleasant hotel. Was great having our room only a couple of floors away the main pub and restaurant. My only disappointment really was that the heating was apparently not on, this was May so it is not that warm yet, and we could not find any other heater. I originally booked as a twin room though my partner then came with me but after mentioning this they kindly put both beds together so thank you. The views, as it is situated on the river bank, were lovely. Nice and quiet too plus the free parking was very welcome.

Summary: Lovely place to stay quick check in friendly staff the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was brilliant we walked everywhere beautiful scenic views. The onky slight downside was that i did contact the inn about a week before our arrival with a query but never had a response so the communication beforehand was not great. However i would still recommend we had a wonderful stay

Summary: Lovely Inn to stay with helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom a little tired, but was clean. The emergency light is a bit of a pain as you sleep with a green hue all night, however little can be done I guess.

Summary: Staff were especially helpful & accommodating making space for me to do some work in a quiet area & lending me a phone charger. Fantastic English breakfast too. Well cooked & presented & very filling.

Summary: The team at the Arun View were really lovely. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Gemma was so friendly and helpful as was Michael. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The access to the rooms is via 1 or 2 flights of stairs and not all rooms look over the river, but the inn is well located for getting trains to explore the local area.
