Summary: Needs a bit of a refurb. My room heating was on all night and I had no control over thermostat, air con nor even a fan. The room must have been 30 degrees, so really poor sleep. No staff were available to address this. Apparently there was a sign at the reception with a phone number, but the sign was seemingly turned the wrong way around, so pointless. Poor stay
