Positive: The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, Bed was comfy and although the room was next to a busy road we were never disturbed by traffic. All staff were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and an adequate size. Could probably be improved with a breakfast menu, when you first come down on day one if there's no one around its a bit confusing, there's only one staff on duty and she's taking orders and cooking. Room for improvement.

Negative: The Pub downstairs is in my opinion in need of an upgrade although I understand it has recently changed hands,so wait and see. We were not impressed with the one evening meal we had, very basic. Perhaps the biggest drawback is parking, there is room at the rear for two cars, otherwise it's the public car park at the back of the pub but it's pricey if your leaving the car for a long period. I guess there's nothing they can do about this.
