Positive: The rooms were relatively new or seemed it. Bed was very comfy, level of cleanliness was brilliant. Was in a quiet location.

Negative: Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Location was quiet but a bit strange - just sat right the middle of a housing estate.

Summary: Good value for money, food didn’t live up to expectation but overall would return for the comfort and the price.
