Summary: There was no sound proofing in the rooms. Breakfast was extra and the toast was dry and dusty with scant butter and cheap over-sweetened jam. I had to cancel one night (within the time limit for a full refund) but was not sent the full amount, so the room plus extra for breakfast represents poor value.
