Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: When there was a problem with no remote control to work the television in the bedroom the staff were very responsive and solved the problem quickly for us. They provided a new remote and programmed it in for us so it had no impact on our stay. They were also very polite and apologetic bout it the next morning at breakfast

Negative: The rooms were over a very busy pub so it was very noisy. The Scotland rugby match was being shown so it was understandable during the evening but then there was live music on following that until closing. It would have been good if we had been warned about this on booking as it would have been a reason to us to book somewhere different. We were also woken at approx 2am with loud talking. Although the stay was ok it was not value for money. Expensive for the stay we had.
