Summary: We stayed in the family suite, the radiators didn’t work so the room was freezing. The room was also next to the lift and the cleaners cupboard. Late at night people were using the lift which vibrated the room and then the cleaners were loud in the morning. When checking out the receptionist wasn’t even interested!
