Summary: Your duty manger Govind is a jewel in the crown Advice for restaurant The eggs are awful. Try Burford Browns free range The curries are outstanding The chef disappointed us in the main restaurant He killed the scallops by trying too hard Mussels should not be added to such a sweet fish dish. Far too much salt indicates a chef who smokes and has lost tastebuds The seabass was overcooked and dry The vegetables were perfect and tasted as though they had been harvested that morning. The wedding over the weekend undermined our experience We lost access to the garden entirely and on the following morning, the breakfast room was ruined by loud conversations akin to a coach load of garrilous blackpool tourists who are socially badly behaved
