Negative: Noise in the rooms. We have stayed 3 times. First was fine, apart from noisy guests right outside the ground floor room. Second time was awful. We were in room 11 and there is an industrial scale extractor fan in the lift space right above the room which was full on ALL night. It was super noisy, like lying under a helicopter about to take off. All night! When I complained the following morning the lady on reception nodded and told me I wasn't the first to complain, in fact they get complaints all the time! The last time we were in the 2 bed apartment. The plumbing for the toilet ticked and rattled ALL night, only stopping when we turned the shower on! I didn't bother to complain. The management needs to address these issues, it is appalling treatment for guests and despite it being convenient for us, we will not be going back.
