Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We also ate on the evening and had additional family members join us. The food was exceptional. We pre ordered the food several days before arriving, Helen contacted me via email and was so helpful and polite. The food and service was brilliant.

Negative: We stayed in the family room and the views were amazing looking out over the estuary. The room was clean and spacious the only thing I would say is that it could do with a little decorating. However it certainly wouldn't put me off from staying again. My parents stayed in a different room and it was very nice, clean and well presented.

Summary: Exceptional food and staff, very friendly welcoming and helpful.
