Positive: - Location - 5 min drive to the city centre - Clean and modern looking flat with a view to the garden - Flat included everything you may need for a short stay

Negative: The flat seems to suffer from bad sound insulation - we could hear each step while they walked in the rooms around us, even at 1 am! The noise started again at 6 am each day - which is not ideal when you hope to relax and sleep in. We could even hear the washing machine running on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. We came to Bath to go to the spa - we had lovely morning sessions on Saturday and after lunch we wanted to rest at our accommodation but with the noise and even the sounds of arguing coming from the rooms around us, it was sadly not possible.

Summary: Good location but not a restful place if you are looking for a quiet time
