Positive: The property was lovely and clean, The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was in a good location. Close to the beach and a nice walk into Bournemouth. Parking at the front and the back of the property.

Negative: No air conditioning in the rooms, had two fans but was still very hot. Room was a bit dated, could do with a revamp.

Summary: Had a great time, staff were lovely and helpful!
