The Sawmills is a luxury town house with accommodation over 3 floors in a central, yet quiet residential Carlisle location. There is one single and one double bedroom (with zip link bed that can be split into singles) on the ground and first floor, with the kitchen/living area on the second floor. There is a sofa bed in the dining area.

To be environmentally friendly and keep this beautiful place clean, we ask all our guests to place all rubbish bags in the large site bins, situated in front of the property to the right just behind a slatted fence, where there are two of them.
Further up the courtyard on the same side as the site bins, there are 4 bins for recycling different coloured Glass bottles. This is the same place you can put your recycled Plastic and Cardboard.
As far as accommodation is concerned, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 Double Bedrooms (1 Double Bed In Each Room)
2 Single Bedrooms (1 Single Bed In Each Room), one main Bathroom with Toilet, Shower & Wash Basin and one ensuite bathroom with Toilet, Shower & Wash Basin.
When you arrive at the property,there are two parking spaces right outside the door for your use if you require.
Getting to the place is easy as we are off M6 if you travel by car.
It’s just as easy to get here by train on the West Coast Mainline which has fast connections to London, Manchester and Birmingham to the south and Glasgow and Edinburgh to the north.
Carlisle Lake District airport is just 6 miles east of the city.
GETTING AROUND
Being so near the Lake District, the area attracts its fair share of walkers and cyclists. So if you’re packing your walking boots or bringing your bikes, you’ll find the townhouse close enough to all the region’s major attractions to allow you to access them easily on foot or using pedal power.
