Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Amazing looking building. Great location near the Loch. Staff gave us a lift to train station with luggage.

Negative: Lift wasn't working, staff too busy pouring drinks to spare 5 minutes to take suitcases upstairs. No red wine from Saturday to Tuesday. Ran out of lots of food on dinner and breakfast menu. Wrong bus times given. No instructions given to make hot water work in the shower.
