If you expect to arrive or depart outside of reception opening hours this must be agreed with the property in advance. if it is possible to accommodate the out of hours request an extra fee will apply. there is no 24-hour reception, as a courtesy to all fellow guests, please keep noise to a minimum when entering and moving around the building overnight and early in the morning, check-out before 06.00 must be requested in advance. contact details can be found on the booking confirmation, there must be at least 1 adult of 18 years or above in each room, if room keys are lost, a gbp 50 fee will be charged before departure, please note that the guest who made the booking must be present on arrival.
