Please note, due to popular demand, the cliffe lounge bar & kitchen can be very busy at peak times. guests are recommended that reservations are made prior to arrival, when booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply, dinner packages include 2 courses per adult from the evening menu. a children's menu is available on-site at a separate price, £25 per stay charged for pets, you must not smoke in the hotel or interfere with our fire detection system. if you do so, we will terminate your booking without refund and require you to leave the hotel immediately. you authorize us to charge you any costs we incur if you smoke or cause damage in our hotel including costs for specialist cleaning (to make the room fit for sale as a non-smoking environment) and the cost of the room for any time period it is unusable. you authorize us to charge this amount to the payment card used in your booking. we may refuse to accept bookings from you in future, the maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 63 in. taller vehicles cannot park here.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
