Positive: After a long drive and an afternoon of work, the Wilson Arms provided exactly the chilled rest we required. Located out of town (5 min drive) which suited us, on a hill with great views. Well stocked bar, very friendly owner managed free house. Tastefully updated with quality fittings, carpets etc. Twin Bed Room, exceptionally clean, good size C/W leather sofa and coffee table. En-suit Bathroom. We had 3 course dinner which was very good indeed, quality traditional pub food fairly priced. Excellent Prawn Cocktail and steak to follow. Very Restful night in comfy bed. Quality cooked breakfast with excellent ingredients (bacon / eggs). As we have work in the area, we will be back soon.

Negative: Not much as you can tell. Cast iron bed could do with a headboard infill or extra pillow if reading. Electric Shower needed coaxing to produce steady output, think fine tuning of this new shower is req`d, this was mentioned to owner. And if we`re being picky , Yogurt / fruit option for breakfast would be great, and another spoon of coffee in the cafetiere would help kick start me in the morning.. That`s it..
