Summary: This hotel is extremely beautiful but on my first day there was hair hanging from the towels and the water wasn't working at night. Then once the water started working it was extremely low pressure. In addition, since the hotel is an older build the water system is outdated and not reliable. A few of the staff members were kind but some of them were standoffish and dismissive when I shared these concerns.
