Positive: good food and pleasant staff

Negative: the room(12) was above some extraction vents and i could hear its motors 90 percent of the time i was in the room. It was very cold when i arrived and it may have been nice to have put the radiators on prior to my arrival. i did turn up early so may be my fault. I would not want that room again.. It would have been beneficial if the dinner plates had been warmed. I am not a fast eater and my Pork got cold quickly. These items would not stop me from returning.

Summary: It was my first stay away after my wife died recently and I was made to feel very welcome.
