Summary: Great location and easy to check-in (room was in a building separate to reception, but the check-in instructions were very clear). Lots of effort has gone into the decor too (stayed in Salmide, very interesting including skylight view of nearby cathedral). But the mattress was exceptionally hard, and the WiFi was very slow. It would be helpful if the room listings made clear what floor they're on. It turned out that Salmide is on the third floor, stairs only. I have mobility issues so I would have chosen a different room if I'd known.
