Negative: As a couple we booked a deluxe double room, upon arrival they said I booked the disability room? Which wasn’t so because I checked my reservation again.. we ended up getting a twin room with separate beds… not cool and uncomfortable, for sure considering the price we paid. When mentioning this (again) in the morning, no reaction to it was given. I think young staff at the desk should be trained better to deal with these kind of situations, so customers stay satisfied.
