Summary: There is no disputing that this accommodation has the Wow factor. It is of the highest standard and kept so by the owner. The location was great for our visit to Berwick as we had our car available. Breakfast was good but had to be ordered the night before and you needed to adhere to the time allocated - so no over-sleeping! Robert (the owner) has high standards and these were appreciated.
