Positive: The hotel is nice and is good value. The spa was nice to relax in after a long day of travel. The food at the restaurant was also good.

Negative: Hidden costs (albeit small ones) charging to use the swimming pool and an extra £2 charge for towels was a pain because it meant having to go back to the room to get a payment method to pay for the hire of a £2 towel. Just bill it into the total cost of the night stay- hidden extra costs always rub people up the wrong way.
