Summary: We arrived very, very early, and were greeted by someone who was clearly asleep. They refused to let us in, said check-in wasn't until 2 pm, and literally kicked us out of the place by pushing the door on us. We returned at 2 pm, and the person at the counter was completely different and extremely friendly.
