Summary: Booked a 2 night stay in a twin room for visiting London with a friend. Hotel was easy to find short walk from Hammersmith tube station. Room was on 3rd floor 4 doors down from hotel entrance as the hotel is spread across several houses in the terrace. There are no lifts but this wasn’t an issue for us. Room was very hot on arrival (we did know there was no a/c on booking) & we were in an unprecedented heat wave so we took our own electric fan which was very useful. There was a fridge in the room which was a very nice surprise as I hadn’t realised there would be a fridge. Room was very clean as was bathroom, only 2 medium size towels in room but I popped back to reception to ask for 2 more without any problems. Lots of plug sockets in the room another unexpected bonus. Room was on the front of the building but we kept the windows open due to heat, it was a bit noisy but it’s London so we expected that. Beds were comfy & we slept well. Breakfast was extremely plentiful & although advertised as continental it included bacon & sausages as well as lots of cold meats & cheeses, fruit, yogurt & sweet treats too. It’s nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay & for the price paid would recommend it & would stay again. It’s super convenient for travel into central London.
