Summary: Ideally placed to catch the 14 Tram to central station which stopped right outside the hotel, reception staff friendly, spoke good English, hotel quiet, and comfortable room, although bath room very small. Noticed a few dirty matks on the skirting boards/ lower walls but overall a pleasant stay for the price, situated next door to a small newsagents type store for basics essentials, and across from the Zoo entrance, with a few small cafes, bars and pizza/ kebab places.
