Negative: In the attic, so not much headroom round the sides of the rooms. Didn’t have a key fob on arrival and no contact from guest relations about it despite emails and phone calls. Jamie was polite but couldn’t help as no one was picking up the phone to talk to him. The video and the written instructions gave different instructions
