Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel was ideally located & the room had everything I needed.

Negative: Check in time was at 3pm, but I had to email to get the access codes to get into the hotel & my room. The codes finally came through at 3:15! Just a minor thing, there was no plug for the sink in the bathroom, so I had to keep turning the tap on & off so that I could shave!!
